Production
Process

such as premium induction base, induction capsule base and pressed induction
base. The production methods are deep –drawing or impressions die forging.
Cast aluminum cookware is pre-shaped using a mould under
vacuum pressure. The product is highly heat resistant and formed into preferred
shapes.
Coating
An effective method is to apply triple layer coating. We
have the top layer, primer and middle layer coating. The non-stick coating
agent is the polytetrafluorethylene PTFE.
